Sports Club Villa Jogoo club legendary player and assistant coach Paul Mutabakala has called upon the players to maintain the winning run if the club is to win their 17th league crown since 2004.

“To be consistent is an important aspect in securing football success” Mutabakala noted.

The Jogoos have won in succession since securing the win of the season away to BUL.

Since then, SC Villa has defeated Bright Stars, Onduparaka, Express in Masaka and lately Masavu at Bugonga.

Interestingly, all the goals in the previous matches have been well apportioned.

Yubu Bogere scored against Bright Stars. Martin Kizza was the hero in Jinja against BUL and Alex Kitata finished off Onduparaka.

The Jogoos had three scorers against Masavu – Bernard Muwanga, Abel Eturude and lately Bogere.

The next match will be against Proline on the 19th December 2017 at the dreaded Masaka Recreational Stadium.

For now, the players will take a 7 day’s break before resuming training on 4th December 2017.
