It didn’t go well in our fourth league match this season where we lost a lead and went on to loose the game 1:3 to our bitter rivals and last league season’s champions Vipers SC, we couldn’t score any more goals even when Vipers went a man down when their Captain Lwanga Taddeo was sent off in the 69th min.

We played well for the first 35 mins and this good play led us to score our first and only goal of the match in the 27th min through a well taken corner kick by our team captain Ambrose Kirya and headed well into the visitors net by Habib Kavuma with the Vipers keeper failing to handle the header.

The lead didn’t last long when just before the halftime whistle vipers equalized in the 43rd min thorough their veteran striker Dan Muzei Serunkuma to make it 1:1 at Halftime.

The second half kicked off but our boys showed a little bit weakness in play and in just the 47th min the visitors were in the lead through a defensive poor clearance which led to Abram Ndugwa score a cheeky volley to make it 1:2 for Vipers.

We didn’t settle much as our panicking midfield and shaky defense couldn’t hold the visitors counter attacking football and just in the 51st min Vipers scored their third and last goal through a  free kick taken by Waiswa Moses just at the 18 yard box  to make it 1:3.

The result of the game takes us into a dangerous position now since we have descended to relegation zone on the table standing now in the 15th position.

The team needs to get a win soon and we hope this happens in our next home game against Uganda Revenue Authority on 30th Oct next Tuesday.
